Innovación Médica en Estética y Renovación S.L. is the controller for personal-data processing in Innova Longevity. Privacy contact: info@innovaclinica.com.
Data and purposes
We process account, contact, profile and health or wellbeing data that you choose to provide to operate the platform and manage your account and rights. For a purchase, we process the email address, terms acceptance, checkout reference and subscription or payment status. For a separate genetic test, we also process country, language and specific consent for the subsequent private request. We do not ask for diagnoses in order to buy Longevity Online.
Legal basis and digital functions
Where required, health and wellbeing data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent. The conversational assistant is paused and is not used to purchase or use Longevity Online. The platform does not make automated clinical decisions.
Systems and recipients
We use configured technical infrastructure and a payment provider when checkout is enabled. Any genetic test purchase creates a private coordination request; the platform does not store samples, DNA files, SNPs, PRS or genetic results. We review suppliers, transfers and contracts when services or data flows change; this policy does not promise a region, DPA or other contractual guarantee without verifiable documentation.
Security and retention
Access is restricted through authentication and permissions. Data are retained only for as long as necessary for the service or legal obligations. Billing records are retained for applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Use the Privacy Centre or contact info@innovaclinica.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
