INNOVA LONGEVITY is currently a wellness platform. GAIA provides educational information and helps organise wellbeing; it is not a medical device, does not diagnose or prescribe and does not handle emergencies.
01 · Controls
Each status describes the platform’s actual scope. “Implemented” means the control exists in the product; it is not an external certification.
An explicit choice is requested before use and can be withdrawn from the Privacy Centre.
GAIA does not process questions when the specific permission is not current.
Patient, professional and administration views use different permissions; internal areas remain outside public indexing.
Optional categories are not enabled without a choice and preferences can be reopened.
Routes exist to review permissions, export information and request erasure.
Each GAIA answer shows sources, date, limits and verification when it contains health claims.
Trust does not depend on a label. We combine consent, product boundaries, visible sources and citation checks.
Before starting, GAIA explains what is processed, why and how to withdraw permission.
Questions containing identifiers, diagnosis, treatment or dosage are blocked or redirected.
General health claims are prepared from retrieved biomedical sources, not invented citations.
Each answer shows whether sources were used, when they were consulted, which references were used and what uncertainty remains.
03 · Privacy
These documents describe purposes, rights, cookies, terms and current AI use. Private areas provide additional account controls.
We apply access control, role separation, data minimisation and permission review. Security is a continuous process: we avoid publishing details that could weaken it and do not claim specific technical standards without verification.
05 · Sources
We use public guidance from European authorities and official biomedical sources. A link does not imply certification, approval or partnership.
You can request information about a policy, a permission or the processing of your data without sharing clinical information by email.
